Rehabilitation and therapy support to restore function and build independence.
Our rehabilitation team helps seniors restore function and rebuild independence. Community rehabilitation supports people recovering from illness, injury or surgery, or experiencing changes in mobility and daily activities. Physiotherapists support movement, strength and balance; occupational therapists support daily living and home safety; therapy assistants support prescribed programmes. Home therapy may include rehabilitation, caregiver exercise training and home environmental review, subject to current programme criteria and approvals.
